According to Lowri Dowthwaite-Walsh, Senior Lecturer in Psychological Interventions at the University of Central Lancashire, the following are four habits practiced by happy people:

  • Keeping active
  • Prioritizing connections
  • Practicing gratitude
  • Spending time with pets
